• A deposit is required to confirm your reservation - check or credit cards accepted
  
  
• A full refund of the deposit will be made, if a reservation is canceled 14 days prior to the date
  
  
• No deposit refunds are guaranteed with less than 14 days notice
  
  
• With less than 14 days notice, a refund of the deposit amount less a $20.00 service charge will be made, only if the room is re-rented for the date(s) previously reserved.

• We accept check or credit card payments for gift certificates
  
  
• We will either mail the certificate to you or to the gift recipient, as you request
